  • From Boston Metro List – there are 5 affordable, income restricted units available in the new Mission Hill Flats at 1457 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120 that are available to apply for now!
    • These are apartments restricted under the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Program. They are available by applying to get in a lottery. Your income can’t be greater than 70% of the Area Media Income. See this web site for the income limits: http://www.bostonplans.org/housing/income,-asset,-and-price-limits
      • (4) Studio – $1,125 – Income Restricted at 70% AMI
      • (1) 1 Bedroom – $1,318 – Income Restricted at 70% AMI

  • From Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services: Because of concerns with COVID-19 and the need to adhere to social distancing mandates, the Board of Directors of Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services has voted to postpone its 2020 Annual Meeting. A new date and time will be announced. Per the initial mailing to its Members, people interested in running for the Board have submitted their intent to run statements by Thursday, March 19 at 5pm. That information will be sent to the Members in a second mailing once a new date for the Mission Hill NHS Annual meeting has been scheduled. Please share the information about the Annual Meeting with your friends and neighbors
